The Gailberg is still rarely crossed on foot - usually on pilgrimages - off the main road from Oberdrauburg to Kötschach. An experience you should make.

Continuation of the cycle path coming from the market town of KöMau - Höfling - St. Daniel - Dellach - Nöblinger Steg - Connection to the route network of the market town of Kirchbach.

The entire route is a magnificent but very long high-altitude hike across the Gailtal Alps with wonderful views of the Gail Valley and Weissensee, as well as the Carnic and Julian Alps.
