The Poludnig is a "just not yet two-thousand-metre peak" in the Carnic Alps with a tremendous view of the summit. For example to NW to the Großglockner, to N to the Hohe Tauern and to S and SO in the middle of the Julian Alps in Slovenia and Italy.
