3G Check-in to the ski resort / GreenPass Check-in

Dear Guests,

based on the current statutory regulations in connection with Covid19, transport on the cable cars and lifts this winter is only possible if passengers over the age of 12 can present valid proof of 3G (vaccinated against, recovered from Covid19 or tested).

Generating a link or carrying out the activation is of course also possible at the ticket machine or directly at the ticket office in the ski area, although there may be waiting times.

How it works:

  • Online check-in in the web portal

In the web portal you can easily activate your ticket with your 3G certificate before your arrival. If you don't have a ticket yet, you are welcome to buy one in our web shop and then link it online. You will need your ticket number and a digital 3G certificate.

  • Ticket machines

Simply pick up your ticket at our ticket machines (Millennium Express lower terminus and Madritschenbahn lower terminus). Here you can activate your ticket directly with your digital 3G certificate.

  • Sales points (hotels, tour operators...)

At PREMIUM partner establishments (accommodation establishments) or with tour operators, the 3G certificate is checked and automatically activated directly when the ski pass is purchased at the accommodation or from the travel partner.

  • Ticket offices

The 3G certificate is checked and automatically activated directly when you buy your ski pass at the lift ticket office. 3G certificates without a QR code can only be linked to your ski pass at our ticket offices.

Please have your 3G certificate ready at all times for possible checks during your stay in the ski resort.

3G Certificate with NINJA-PASS

For children under the age of 12, no proof is required, but the ski pass must be activated. For children of school age in Austria, the valid Ninja Pass (Corona test pass) replaces the 3G certificate. In school-free periods, tests and test intervals similar to the Ninja Pass must be verified.

FAQ´s

Valid proof is proof of a low epidemiological risk as defined by the current COVID-19 Emergency Measures Regulation, such as your GreenPass or other valid proof (e.g., valid vaccination certificate, recovery notification, etc.). Antibody tests, rapid antigen tests and PCR tests are not accepted (exception: Ninja Pass).

Pregnant women and persons who cannot be vaccinated can be carried as passengers without 3G certificate upon presentation of a medical certificate and a valid PCR test. Nevertheless, these ski passes must be activated in the system.

A current list of valid 3G certificates can be found here.

Each ski pass must be linked and activated with your 3G certificate before you enter the ski resort for the first time. Normally, the check and linking is already carried out when the ski pass is purchased. However, a link can also be established subsequently in the web portal, at the ticket machine or directly at the ticket office in the ski resort. Please note: Only electronically readable certificates (QR code) can be linked in the web portal and at the ticket machine.

Ski passes are generally activated for the respective period of validity of the certificate, provided that consent for the storage of the data has been given. Without this consent, the ski pass will only be activated for the current day.

After the expiry of the validity of the 3G certificate, the access authorisation becomes invalid and the ski pass must be linked again to a valid 3G certificate.

Normally, the check and linking is already carried out when the ski pass is purchased. The access readers in the ski resort also check whether your valid ski pass has been linked to a 3G certificate every time you enter the resort for the first time. Please also keep your 3G certificate ready for possible checks at all times during your stay in the ski resort.

No proof is required for children under the age of 12. Nevertheless, these ski passes must be activated in the system. Activation is also possible without 3G certificate and is usually done when the ski pass is purchased, but can also be done later at the ticket offices in the ski resort. Children from 12 years of age always require a valid 3G certificate.

Special provision:
For children of school age in Austria, the valid Ninja Pass (Corona test pass) replaces the 3G certificate during term times and also at the weekend. During non-school terms, tests and test intervals similar to the Ninja Pass must be verified. Proof is a negative result of a molecular biological test for SARS-CoV-2 (e.g., PCR test) carried out by an authorised body, where the test must have been taken no longer than 72 hours ago.

In principle, every ski pass must be activated in the system. A link can also be established subsequently in the web portal, at the ticket machine or directly at the ticket offices in the ski resort.

In principle, every ski pass must be activated in the system. If the selling company also uses the check-in system, the link should have been established already when the ski pass was purchased. In this case, it is not necessary to link the ski pass valid at Nassfeld again. If there is no link yet, the activation can also be carried out subsequently in the web portal, at the ticket machine or directly at the Nassfeld ticket offices.

In principle, every ski pass must be activated in the system. It is possible that the link has not yet been successfully established. We therefore recommend checking and, if necessary, creating the successful link in the web portal, at the ticket machine or directly at the ticket office in the ski resort before accessing the ski resort for the first time.
