The library of Hermagor is both, a school and a public library. It is open to adults, teenagers, children and tourists alike. The collection consists of about 10,500 books. Furthermore, 22 subscriptions of journals (e.g. GEO, P.M., GLOBO, Profil,...), 400 videos and 410 DVD can be borrowed from the library.
