Elfriede makes butter and cheese with great passion and experience. She is passionate about her work and, together with the other members of the family, the best of the organic milk is turned into delicacies at the Jörgishof Farm. While the men on the farm are mainly responsible for the farm's own processing facilities and bringing in the hay harvest, the women refine the organic hay milk and sell the specialities in the valley and on the farm.
