Looking for a last pit stop before the 7.6 km long downhill run? Then there is only one place to go: the Rudnigalm. In summer, the Gailtal Valley alpine cheese PDO of protected origin is produced up here 1,619 metres above sea level at our own alpine dairy. And in winter, this culinary flagship of the region is also skilfully turned into numerous specialities. Try, for example, the homemade Kaspressknödel (cheese dumplings) or many other local specialities such as the hand-crimped Carinthian cheese pasta (mezzelune)!
