You can purchase ski depot permits at the Millennium Express ticket offices and at the ticket machines IN FRONT OF and INSIDE the ski depot.

Yes, our ticket office staff can also subsequently activate your ski depot permit on several ski passes.

Yes, in this case the ski depot permit is activated directly on the ski passes purchased. If only a ski depot permit is purchased (without a ski pass), a key card will be issued free of charge.

No, additional key cards can only be issued at the ticket office.

While the Wintercard "PREMIUM" can also be scanned at the ticket machines, the "PREMIUM" ski pass must be registered at our ticket offices in order to receive the discount.

No, as we offer plenty of depot spaces. A reservation is not necessary.

It is possible to rent a depot space for additional days. However, it is possible that a new depot number will be issued in this case.

Validity ends at 10am on the morning following the last day of validity. Please contact the ticket office staff. There may be a subsequent charge.

The "PREMIUM" ski depot is open daily from 7.30am to 7pm during the winter season. Saturdays from 7.30am to 10pm. After 6pm, access is only possible with a valid ski depot permit. Unfortunately, access to the depot is not possible outside these hours.

Our aim was to make the rate structure as simple and transparent as possible. There are therefore standardised DEPOT lockers for 2 pairs of skis + poles + ski boots + helmets and gloves at standardised rates (EUR 11.00 / day or EUR 8.80 / day). If there is not enough space in one DEPOT locker, a second locker can be rented.

You will find the number on your payment receipt at the bottom (locker number). An additional number receipt will be printed out at the ticket offices. You can also read out the number of the DEPOT locker at the INFO terminal in the "PREMIUM" ski depot. Otherwise, our checkout staff will be happy to help you.

No. The locker is only intended for bags, rucksacks, and valuables. Unfortunately, it is not permitted to store (ski) boots due to the lack of ventilation and drainage.
