From the end of the gorge to the Kühweger Alm (approx. 1 hour) and further via the Kühweger Thörl to the Gartnerkofel (approx. 2.5 hours) or from the Kühweger Thörl to the Nassfeld (approx. 1 hour) ) b.) From the end of the gorge via the Garnitzenklamm - Garnitzenhöhe - Garnitzenklamm - Watschiger Alm to Nassfeld (approx. 3 - 4 hrs.) Condition The natural monument Garnitzenklamm is undoubtedly one of the most famous natural beauties of Carinthia. 2 km south of Hermagor (starting point Eggeralm-Landesstrasse) the Garnitzenbach has created a 6 km long gorge in the course of history, the lowest section of which has been opened up for hikers. The gorge is accessible on alpine paths over gorges, bridges and to waterfalls in about 2.5 hours to the end of the gorge. Some parts of the gorge require a head for heights.
