Already for the 6th season in the Badstüberl we also focus on the topic "sustainability" and try to process more and more of our dishes accordingly.
- Our salad comes mainly from Martinzen Bauer Wolfram Pernull from Hermagor, where the salad is freshly cut directly from the field.
- The sheep's cream cheese for pizza, baguette and salad comes from the Gitsch valley of "Hap und Gut" vulgo Holzmasta.
- Saibling fillet, trout and Co are caught from the fresh spring water of the Zerza fish farm and are delivered fresh daily if required.
- Rucola, chives and all herbs used in the kitchen for cooking and decorating come from our own garden.
- For our popular house dressing we use yoghurt and sour cream from Carinthian milk.
- And we also make sure that the chips are of the best Austrian quality.
